Most browser support jumping to specific links by typing keys defined on the web site. We have provided some keyboard shortcuts intended to help users who have difficulty in using pointing devices such as a mouse. The following access keys are available on this website:
- For website usage
- Access key 0 - Content of the Page
- Access key 1 - Accessibility Statement
- Access key 2 - Homepage
- Access key 3 - Sitemap
- Access key 4 - Website Search
- For finding accommodation
- Access key 5 - Accommodation Search
- Access key 6 - Hotels
- Access key 7 - Apartments
- Access key 8 - Pensions
The website uses breadcrumbs navigation, so all pages have links to the Parent Category and link to the Homepage. That way you can easily understand the structure of the website and also, easily navigate to the desired page and information.
The accommodation facilities are cross-referenced in several ways. You can browse the accommodation by official classification (hotels, apartment, pension) or by the user point of view (luxury, standard, cheap, etc.). If not enough, you can use the Accommodation Search Form.
All pages include a web search box so if you cannot browse to the page, please, use it. The search results depend on what language you are browsing (on Spanish website, you get only Spanish results).
The sitemap contains links to all of the main accommodation category pages and to all of the pages, which are other than accommodation related. The pagination pages and the pages of the accommodation facilities are not linked from the sitemap.
Some links, which do not fully describe the target page, have title attributes describing the link in greater detail.
All of the links are underlined and written to make sense without context.
Content images include descriptive alt attributes. There is an exception on the accommodation facility pages where the alt attributes for images about the rooms contain only the name of facility and number of the picture.
In the meantime, the virtual tours are available only for those who have Java installed in their browser. We are working on making the tours available for other applications as well. Till then, there is an alternative image with an alternative text.
Forms are associated with labels, so they are usable for blind users as well.
All data cells in a data table are associated with their headers.
This website uses cascading style sheets (CSS) for visual layout and only relative font sizes (not pixels), co you can zoom the content and it will be readable. If your browser or browsing device does not support style sheets at all, the content of each page is still readable and usable.
